How the apartment is laid out
85.8 m² in total — 68.9 m² inside plus a 17 m² terrace. Areas are taken from the building plan.
Two bedrooms, both proper doubles
Two bedrooms of almost equal size — 12.7 and 12.6 m² — each with a double bed of 180 × 200 cm, a wall-mounted smart TV, Mitsubishi air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. The master bedroom opens straight onto the terrace. One has a desk, so a working day is possible without taking over the dining table. Wardrobe space in both, enough to unpack properly rather than live out of a suitcase.

Two full bathrooms
Two bathrooms, 4.4 and 3.5 m², each with a step-free walk-in shower and a rain shower head. Underfloor heating in both, so the tiles are never cold. With four guests that means no queue in the morning and no negotiating over hot water.
Kitchen and living room
A 21 m² living and dining room with a comfortable sofa and a separate armchair placed for the view, opening through sliding glass onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge and freezer, plus a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and stand mixer. A washing machine with detergent is provided.
The balcony
A 17 m² terrace running the width of the apartment, with a dining table for four and an outdoor sofa. From up here the view takes in Makarska below, the open Adriatic, and the islands of Brač, Hvar and Korčula on the horizon. The living room opens onto it through a full-width glazed sliding door.
Climate and smart home
Mitsubishi air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and a smart-home system for lighting, climate and security. Fibre internet at 1 Gbit/s with Wi-Fi throughout, three smart TVs, a soundbar and a Sonos speaker.
Parking, lift and step-free access
Free parking in a dedicated space directly in front of the entrance — no hunting for a spot, no daily fee. The building has a lift and there are no steps on the way in, so arrival works equally well with heavy luggage, a pushchair or a wheelchair.
